Four Areas of Specialization
BS in Mathematics and Science Teaching (BS MST) program is composed of four areas of specialization.
Biology is the scientific discipline that explores the diversity, structure, function, and interactions of living organisms, elucidating the principles and processes that underlie life itself.
Chemistry is the scientific study of matter, its properties, composition, and the changes it undergoes, which ultimately govern the behavior and interactions of all substances in the universe.
Mathematics is the abstract study of numbers, quantity, structure, space, and patterns, providing a universal language and toolset for understanding and describing the fundamental relationships and laws that govern the universe.
Physics is the branch of science that deals with the fundamental principles governing the behavior of matter and energy, and their interactions in the physical world.
